Cancellations made two days in advance will not result in a cancellation fee. However, please be aware that if you cancel after 13:00 on the day before your scheduled visit or on the day itself, you will be charged 100% of the regular fee. If you call us before 13:00 the day before of your reservation you will not be charged. Please try to book online with a credit card. However, if you can not ,you may pay at the store but we only accept cash.

Kimono rental Hair, makeup, and renting other accessories are not included in the set so you will have to purchase these separately. Photoshoot Up to 2 people can be photographed with the photography plans. Every other person will be an additional 3,000 yen Transportation will be paid for by the customer.

Yes. Please reserve the date and time of your visit by using a reservation form on our site or by calling us at least one day before. We do accept same day reservations if there is an opening; but if possible, we prefer to have our customers make reservations at least a day before.
