Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made two days in advance will not result in a cancellation fee. However, please be aware that if you cancel after 13:00 on the day before your scheduled visit or on the day itself, you will be charged 100% of the regular fee. If you call us before 13:00 the day before of your reservation you will not be charged. To change the contents of your reservation or to cancel it, please call us at 080-3107-1500 or send an e-mail to drmtruelement@gmail.com
